This week I enter into Tech Week Number one with Project 891's production of Epic Proportions. We open Friday @ the Chemically Imbalanced Comedy space on Irving Park in the city. I love that our cast comes to help out with painting and construction. Looking forward to opening this show! Stop by and see it if you've got a chance!
We had our first rehearsal yesterday evening. There was a read-through and I'm very excited about this production. One of my favorite parts of a read through is the opportunity to think about the words being said and imagining the world this story will be told in. To the left are some of my initial sketches for the world of the play.
Updates for the month of February so far...
I will be working as Scenic Designer for Eclipse Theatre's Production of Resurrection Blues by Arthur Miller. I'm very excited to be working with a company I got introduced to in high school. Eclipse was my first glimpse of the professional world of theatre and I am grateful to be apart of their team.
